Delivery service
For reasons of quality of service, security and speed, all our deliveries are made via UPS or our partners who transfer your order to your national parcel operator (La Poste for France, for example).
Our delivery service commitments
1 - All our products are in stock , no delivery delays: All the items presented on our site are available in our own stock.
2 - Your items are carefully packaged : We take care of preparing your package ourselves and use padding as well as recyclable cardboard in double or triple thickness.
3 - Your package will be shipped the day after your order at the latest: Orders are generally shipped the day after they are recorded. Please note that if you place an order on Friday, it may not be shipped until the following Monday.
4 - You are informed of each stage of delivery : Depending on your choice, you will receive an email or SMS at each stage of your package's delivery. You can also track the status of your package by logging into your account on our website or on the UPS website.
5 - Delivery times are respected : Delivery times depend on your geographical location and the delivery option you select. Taking into account the preparation time of your package and the delivery time, an express delivery is delivered to your home in less than 5 days and a standard delivery in less than 7 days.
6 - Delivery is guaranteed : We can guarantee the delivery of your order because we use UPS services, which provides you with a tracking number. Your package will be delivered to the delivery location you have indicated. UPS agents will make up to three visits to your home to deliver your order. If these three visits are unsuccessful, UPS agents will try to contact you by phone or email. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your order will be automatically returned to us.
7 - We remain available at all times : If your package is not delivered to you within the expected time, if your package is delivered damaged, if your package is declared lost, UPS services are efficient to inform you at any time. However, never hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you and provide you with the service you expect.
8 - We deliver to all European countries : All orders shipped to EU countries include VAT due to the French government (20%). You therefore have no taxes or import duties to pay, prices are net! The cost of delivery is calculated automatically based on the destination country. You can benefit from free delivery on certain purchase amounts.

You'll be alerted by text message, voicemail, or email, and you can reschedule, redirect, or have your packages delivered to a UPS Access Point™ when you're not available to receive them.
Delivery Alerts : UPS My Choice® Delivery Alerts notify you of your incoming UPS deliveries so you can plan your day.
Delivery Planner : View all your incoming UPS packages for a day, week, or month, then reschedule or redirect them as needed.
Estimated Delivery Time : Know when your packages are due for delivery, so you can plan your deliveries in advance.
Hold pending call : Request that your packages be held at a UPS center for you to pick up.
Deliver to a UPS Access Point™ location : Have your packages delivered to a UPS Access Point location, then pick them up at your convenience.
Reschedule delivery : Have your packages delivered on another day at your convenience.
Deliver to a different address : Have your packages delivered to a different address. Please note that changing your package's delivery address may delay your scheduled delivery date. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Vacation Options : UPS My Choice members can request to hold their packages at a UPS Access Point or have them delivered within two weeks of returning from vacation.
Returns and Warranty
30 days to change your mind
Have you made a purchase on our site and made a mistake, the items don't meet your expectations, or have you simply changed your mind? You have 30 days to return all or part of your order and, depending on your preferences, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
What are the conditions for a return?
The item must be returned in its original condition, must not have been used or opened (especially for food products), must be accompanied by its original unaltered packaging and must be able to be resold. We draw your attention to the care to be taken in packaging the items so that they are not damaged during transport, which remains under your responsibility.
How do I return an item or order?
Simply send us an email informing us of your intention to return all or part of your order using the form provided. Then, go to your local post office to send your package to ADN5/ MILLE et CLAIRE, 77 rue boucher de Perthes - 59000 Lille.
How will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place your order. We will credit your credit card or PayPal account and send you an email to notify you that the transaction has been completed.
How much will I be reimbursed?
We will refund the price paid for the item(s) you return to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
