How do I get additional information about an item?
We take great care in describing the items we offer for sale. We also try to include multiple photos from different angles to provide you with as much information as possible. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
How do I know if an item is available?
On the milleetclaire.fr website, it's simple. If the "Add to Cart" button is active and working, it means the item you've chosen is available in our inventory for immediate delivery. If the button is replaced by the text "Product Unavailable," it means it's no longer available in our inventory and is currently being restocked. If you'd like to be notified when it's available, please leave us a message; we'll be happy to let you know.
What VAT is applied to my order?
The head office and all activities of ADN5, which publishes and manages the milleetclaire.fr website, are located in France. In accordance with European legislation, regardless of the European Union country to which you ship, the French VAT rate of 20% applies.
How do I know if my order has been registered?
As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of it.

By ordering from Milleetclaire.fr, you can have your order delivered to all European Union countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, UPS services are not available in Slovakia and Slovenia.
Do I have to pay additional taxes?
The head office and all activity of the company ADN5 / MILLE et CLAIRE which publishes and manages the site milleetclaire.fr is located in France. As long as the country in which you request delivery is located in the European Union, you do not have to pay any local taxes or customs duties.
How much are the delivery charges?

Which company will deliver my package?
For reasons of service quality, security, and speed, all our deliveries are made via UPS or La Poste. There is no subcontracting.
This means that UPS collects the packages every day from our warehouse, transports them and delivers them to your home.
How can I track the progress of my package?
Depending on your choice, you'll receive an email or text message at each stage of your package's delivery. You can also track the status of your package by logging into your account on our website or the UPS website.
Payment methods
Whichever payment method you choose, you can use it safely; we only offer fully secure solutions managed by the best operators.

Bank transfer
If you prefer, you can place your order on the Milleetclaire.fr website and then pay by bank transfer. Choose the "Bank Deposit" option and follow the instructions.
Returns and Warranty
30 days to change your mind
Have you made a purchase on our site and made a mistake, the items don't meet your expectations, or have you simply changed your mind? You have 30 days to return all or part of your order and, depending on your preferences, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
What are the conditions for a return?
The item must be returned in its original condition, must not have been used or opened, must be accompanied by its original unaltered packaging and must be suitable for resale. We draw your attention to the care to be taken in packaging the items so that they are not damaged during transport, which remains your responsibility.
How do I return an item or order?
Simply send us an email: services@milleetclaire.fr informing us of your intention to return all or part of your order using the form provided for this purpose.

How will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place your order. We will credit your credit card or PayPal account and send you an email to notify you that the transaction has been completed.
How much will I be reimbursed?
We will refund the price paid for the item(s) you return to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
